This software is *NOT* freeware or shareware.
This software is copyright 2002, AAC MANAGEMENT LTD. You are granted a license to use it subject to the following conditions.
i You agree not to reverse enginner the software, or distribute any part of the the software without the written permission of the author.
ii To use the software you must have a valid amateur radio license. If you do not hold one you must wipe the software from your hard drive and not execute it.
iii No commercial use permitted. This software is for amateur radio use only for communication through the linked repeaters or direct to another user of the system. You must not cause deliberate interference to others, and in the case of radio links, you must operate within the terms of your amateur radio license and/or that of the node operators license.
At no time does ownership of the software transfer to the user.
The operation of third party software on the ilink system is not allowed as of the above date. There is a seperate server available for this software. With the exeption of the conference servers, Ilink shall remain a 121 fixed linking system to repeaters/links, unless they join a dedicated conference server.
